PUZZIBLE PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY

This privacy and security policy describes Puzzible's collection, use, disclosure and storage of information, data, photos, messages or other contents, including personally identifiable information, in connection with your access to and use of the Services or communication with us regarding the Services.
By accessing and using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure and storage of information, data, photos, messages and other contents as described in this privacy and security policy. If you do not agree with the contents of this privacy and security policy, you should not access or use the Services.

INFORMATION COLLECTED

We may collect the following types of information ("User Information"):
(a) information you provide when creating or updating your user account such as name, age, address, e-mail address, phone number, date of birth, gender etc.;
(b) information received through other services that the Services integrate with, such as Facebook or Twitter (including e.g. name, age, gender, location, likes, and connections);
(c) other information you provide directly to us by e-mail or otherwise;
(d) messages, photos or other contents you provide or send through the Services;
(e) information about your connections with other users of the Services;
(f) information about the geographical location of the device you use the Services from;
(g) information from the list of contacts on the device you use, or information about you from the list of contacts on other users' devices;
(h) other information you provide or that may be derived from your use of the Services e.g. your level of activity, who you send messages or photos to, what contents you access, which functionalities you use and for how long you use them, information about the device and software you use etc.

USE AND DISCLOSURE OF USER INFORMATION

We may use and disclose User Information to third parties for the following purposes:
(a) for providing the Services with the intended functionality and for further developing the Services;
(b) verification of your identity in connection with your use of the Services;
(c) for our and our business partners' preparation, distribution and publication of communications about the Services (e.g. about modifications, technical issues and security issues) and marketing communications as well as for other promotional activities;
(d) for suggesting other users of the Services for you to connect with, or suggest other users to connect with you;
(e) if we, in our reasonable opinion, are legally required to do so, or in order to protect the rights of us or others.
It is our intention with this privacy and security policy to give you a full picture of how we collect and use User Information. However, regardless of whether it has been specifically described above, we may also collect, use, disclose and store User Information in other ways as permitted by applicable law without your consent, for example by sharing information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

MESSAGES AND PHOTOS

Notwithstanding the above, we will not provide messages and photos you send or post to other users through the Services to third parties (except to our sub-contractors for technical purposes). Photos and messages are only stored temporarily for technical reasons and will typically be deleted from our or our sub-contractors' servers within 24 hours, but may remain in backup or otherwise retainable for longer.
Other users to which you send photos or messages may save the received photos or messages on their device; if you allow them do so. Even if you do not allow the recipient save the photos or messages you send, you should be aware that it is not technically possible for us to prevent them from retaining the photos or messages by all means (e.g. by taking a picture of the screen using a camera).

LOGGING-IN THROUGH FACEBOOK OR TWITTER

If you login to the Services using your Facebook or Twitter account, we may collect and use the information received thereby as described above. Logging-in using your Facebook or Twitter account will not imply that messages, photos or other contents you provide or send through the Services will be posted on Facebook or Twitter.

TRACKING AND ANALYSIS TOOLS

We may use tracking and analysis tools (such as Google Analytics and Flurry Analytics) to collect information about your use of the Services and your device as described above .

LOCATION SERVICES

Unless such functionality has been disabled in your device's settings, we may use your device's localization functionalities to collect information about the geographical location of your device. Such information will primarily be used in order to personalize the Services and the promotional communications from our business partners.

STORAGE OF USER INFORMATION

User information will be stored by a professional third party service provider within the EU and will be protected through reliable safety measures.

ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, DELETION, OBJECTION

You may exercise your rights (to the extent such rights are legally available to you) to access to or rectification or deletion of your personal data stored by us and to object to the processing thereof by contacting us at INFO@PUZZIBLE.COM
